Wendy’s corporate journey provides her with an intimate understanding of the environments other business executives operate in. She spent nearly three decades in high-stakes financial leadership, including a distinguished 12-year tenure at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where she rose to the position of Deputy Director of Finance. Her career spanned critical roles in public listed companies and multinational giants like NEC and Panasonic, giving her a good view of organizational challenges. Her academic pedigree reinforces her practical experience. Wendy is an Alumna of Harvard University (General Management Programme) and has completed executive education with both Oxford Said Business School (High Performance Leadership) and IMD (Executive Coaching Certificate). This blend of top-tier institutional knowledge and specialized coaching credentials allows her to support others in navigating their career or life.
